Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer role based in Bengaluru, with offices in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai. Lead planning & scheduling for shutdowns and routine maintenance in oil and gas, oversee QA/QC of 3rd-party work, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement using KPI monitoring and Lean/Maintenance optimization. Requires 6+ years in oil & gas operations, 6+ years in maintenance/shutdown planning & scheduling, 3+ years in a lead role, proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM/MM or Maximo) and Primavera P6/MS Project, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in oil and gas production or operations
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in maintenance/shutdown planning & scheduling
- 3 years of work experience in a lead position
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and shutdown execution, planning & scheduling in oil and gas industry
- Proficient in CMMS (SAP PM/MM or Maximo) and Primavera P6/MS Project for scheduling
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry equipment, shutdown management system, CMMS work order management, master data management, load leveling, material management and KPIs
- Ability to coordinate cross-discipline work with teams located remotely
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness for extended international business trips
