Index Structurer

Design indices through data analysis, modeling, back-testing, rule creation, and preparation of index presentations. Build new thematic indices, draft client-ready materials, and provide client support on index rules, compositions, mechanisms, and data providers. Ensure internal database consistency and perform data quality checks during index design, with meticulous attention to detail and smooth handover to operations. Key skills include Advanced Python, SQL, Excel, and familiarity with market data platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet). 2-3 years of experience in indexation, portfolio construction, financial product development, or trading is expected; strong English, team orientation, and a proactive ownership mindset are valued. Experience developing new thematic ideas using data is a plus.
