Job Summary
Index Provider Relationship Analyst to support governance, analytics, and operational execution for external partnerships and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include maintaining a centralized data source for partner, contract, performance, and relationship information; leading scorecard and performance reviews; supporting meeting coordination and action-item tracking; assisting in contract renewals, business reviews, and commercial planning; tracking milestones, renewal timelines, and conducting cost, value, and risk analyses; ensuring cross-functional alignment and adherence to enterprise guidelines on privacy and records management. Collaboration with Legal, Finance, Risk, Data, and product teams to align contractual and governance considerations; supporting evaluation of alternative partners and solutions to improve resilience and optionality. Hybrid role based in Malvern, PA, with a mix of in-person and remote work; sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with an interest in strategic partnerships, governance, and operational effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, executive-level communication
- Analytical mindset with experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
