Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and provide therapy using evidence-based, trauma-responsive approaches. Maintain accurate clinical records, prepare written reports, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care within a non-hierarchical, community-based model. Balance general clinical practice with opportunities to deepen expertise through ongoing education supported by the agency. Requires a Master's degree and current New Mexico independent license (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including non-traditional hours. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Current Independent New Mexico State License (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW), in good standing verified with the appropriate licensing board
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
- Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills
- Capacity to make rapid, sound, clinical judgment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
