Job Summary
Prepare and present dishes and meal components while conducting intermediate checks on doneness, taste, and color. Select, wash, cut, and mix ingredients; maintain consistent quality and hygiene standards. Supervise kitchen assistants, make corrections as needed, and manage stock levels by ordering ingredients and checking deliveries. Perform daily cleaning of work environments, equipment, and workstations. Report technical faults and resolve minor issues. Provide input on menu composition, adjustments, and working methods.
