Job Summary
Select and prepare ingredients, conduct intermediate checks on dishes, and ensure consistent quality and hygiene. Supervise kitchen assistants, make corrections, and manage stock levels while ordering ingredients and checking deliveries. Perform daily cleaning of work environments, equipment, and stations, and report technical faults. Provide input on menu composition and adjustments. Work full-time 38 hours per week with flexible shifts including weekends, earning a gross salary of €2,750 to €3,250.
