Job Summary
Senior analyst or analyst team to build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of USD100mn or higher. Research coverage includes a data-driven scoring framework, pre-IPO tearsheet, pre-IPO fundamental research, pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights, post-IPO trading summary, and post-IPO lock-up expiry preview. Within six months, provide high-touch service for select institutional clients (pre-deal market intelligence/positioning, management meeting questions, Excel models, bespoke notes NDA-driven). Post-deal responsibilities include lock-up expiry trades and desk access via email and direct calls. Requires extensive investment experience for institutional clients (5+ years), a demonstrated network within US equity capital markets, and the ability to write research.
