Job Summary
Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and expectations. Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences. Create personalized travel recommendations tailored to individual needs and budgets. Assist with coordinating hotels, transportation, excursions, activities, and travel packages. Guide travelers through available options and reservation decisions. Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication tools. Work with supplier partners to arrange and confirm travel services. Track reservations, itinerary updates, and client requests. Maintain accurate records of travel plans and client communications. Stay informed about destination information, travel trends, and special offers. Deliver exceptional service designed to build long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
