Job Summary
Assist clients with selecting and organizing travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities by reviewing traveler preferences to recommend suitable destinations. Provide helpful insights to support planning decisions and communicate via email, messaging, or phone as appropriate. Coordinate booking confirmations with trusted supplier partners and maintain accurate itinerary and client records within internal systems. Support clients from initial planning stages through finalized bookings while staying informed on travel updates, seasonal opportunities, and promotional offers. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you get started successfully in this flexible, remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel advising and client-focused service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Comfortable organizing multiple client requests in a remote setting
- Familiarity with basic computer tools and online systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain or another approved hiring region
