Job Summary
Independent Telehealth PMHNP contract role delivering psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management via a secure telehealth platform. Fully remote from anywhere in the country as an independent contractor (1099). Primary duties include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, documenting accurately, ensuring HIPAA compliance, coordinating care with other clinicians, and managing medications. Requires active PMHNP license, DEA license (or plan to secure), and personal malpractice insurance. Strong emphasis on self-management, autonomy, and use of digital health tools.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active, unencumbered PMHNP license
- Must be willing to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
- Must possess a current DEA license or be prepared to secure one prior to credentialing
- Required to maintain personal medical malpractice insurance
- Proven competence in utilizing digital communication tools and remote health platforms
