Job Summary
Independent Sales Representative in a territory-based, non-remote, flexible 1099 contract role focused on prospecting, connecting, and closing partnerships with schools, sports teams, programs, and community organizations. Responsibilities include conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and demos when feasible, closing new partnerships, and handing off to an Account Manager after closing. Must reside in the assigned territory; role is not remote and emphasizes on-the-ground relationship-building. Compensation is 100% commission with no base salary. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check (including driving record). Ideal candidates have strong local networks, self-starting communication skills, and comfort in a performance-driven environment.
