Job Summary
Independent Sales Representative sought to build partnerships with schools, sports teams, programs, and community organizations within an assigned US territory. The role involves tapping into your local network to identify and engage potential partners, conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and demos, and closing new partnerships before handing off to an Account Manager who handles subsequent steps. The position operates as a Flexible contract (1099) with no base salary, benefits, or paid leave, designed as a side hustle or part-time gig and offering uncapped commission. Requires residing in the assigned territory, strong local ties, self-motivation, excellent communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check including driving record. Also notes that compensation is 100% commission and that the role is not remote.
