Job Summary
Independent Sales Representative builds partnerships with schools, sports teams, programs, and community organizations within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos to engage potential partners, closing new partnerships, and handing off to an Account Manager for ongoing support. The role is a flexible contract (1099) position designed as a side hustle or part-time gig with uncapped commissions and no base salary. Must reside within the specified territory, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check, including driving record. No backend admin responsibilities; the focus is on relationship-driven sales and leveraging existing local networks.
