Independent Sales Representative to build partnerships with schools, sports programs, and community organizations within an assigned territory; conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demos—when it works for you; close new partnerships and hand off to an Account Manager who handles everything after; 100% commission, flexible contract (1099); designed to work as a side hustle or part-time gig; no base salary or benefits; residency in the territory required; pass background check including driving record; emphasis on leveraging existing local network and delivering relationship-driven sales with no backend administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Current residency within the assigned territory (required— non-local applicants will not be considered)
- Strong local community ties and existing relationships
- Self-starter mentality with solid communication skills
- Comfort in a 100% commission, performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check, including driving record
