Job Summary
Independent Skincare Sales Representative, 1099 Contractor, Dermalosophy launch in the U.S. market. Identify and develop Dermalosophy accounts within medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, wellness clinics, and aesthetic practices; build relationships with decision-makers, providers, estheticians, practice managers, and business owners; present Dermalosophy’s brand story, product positioning, and professional skincare opportunity; support onboarding and explain fit into retail, treatment, and patient-care offerings; maintain communication with prospects and active accounts; track lead activity and sales progress; collaborate with Astanza’s internal team for additional clinical, educational, or operational support; represent Dermalosophy with professionalism; compensation is commission-based under an independent contractor agreement; ideal candidate has experience selling into professional aesthetics markets, existing relationships with practices, and strong consultative sales and account development skills; independent, self-motivated, and able to work with autonomy; compensation discussed during interview.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling into the professional aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or wellness market
- Existing relationships with aesthetic practices or skincare professionals
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-based account development
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Confident presenting products and business opportunities to professional accounts
- Polished, professional presence
- Previous experience with professional skincare, aesthetic devices, injectables, practice development, or medical spa sales is strongly preferred
