Job Summary
Independent Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth across the Michigan territory for Imperial's Promotional Products team. Build and expand the promotional products business by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and growing revenue. Serve as the primary contact for your book of accounts, provide solutions and merchandising support, and represent Imperial at meetings and events while confidently sharing our brand story. Leverage data and feedback to refine strategy and target high-potential accounts. Operate as a business owner, overseeing sales, planning, and communication, and collaborating with Promotional Channel leadership to align on goals. Requires proven success in independent or commissioned sales within the promotional products channel, highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset, strong relationship-building and presentation skills, familiarity with order entry/CRM/artwork systems, and the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline. Required Qualifications
