Job Summary
Independent Sales Representative to drive sales growth and territory penetration for Imperial's Promotional Products line across the United States. Build and nurture client relationships, promote Imperial products, and achieve sales targets. Must have 3+ years of independent sales experience in promotional products, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and be based in California or Hawaii with extensive travel. Role involves owning and managing all aspects of the business, leveraging CRM and order-entry tools, and representing Imperial at meetings and events with professionalism. Compensation is 100% commission-based under a 1099 contract, with flexible hours and benefits like employee discounts and free hats.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an independent sales rep in the Promotional Products Channel
- Proven success as an independent or commissioned sales professional
- Experience building and growing a promotional products business
- Adept at using order entry, CRM, and artwork systems to manage accounts efficiently
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build partnerships with clubs, buyers, and key stakeholders
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and disciplined sales pipeline management
- Ability to manage networks and relationships and consistently exceed sales goals within the channel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Imperial brand and promo culture
