Job Summary
Independent Sales Representative for Astanza’s aesthetic laser portfolio in defined geographic territory. 1099 contractor. Responsibilities include independently driving territory growth through cold-calling and on-site meetings, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with private practice and medical spa providers, guiding prospects through the sales process, identifying pain points and offering solutions, defending price, negotiating details within company policies, communicating with management, maintaining product knowledge, presenting indications, efficacy, and safety, engaging with customers in person and via remote communications, forecasting sales, and upholding a high standard of integrity. Required experience includes 3-5+ years selling capital equipment (preferably in aesthetics/laser), strong pipeline management, high-volume lead generation, and excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. This role is an independent contractor position with compensation outlined in a separate agreement.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
- Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
- High volume lead generation in the field
- Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
- Self-starter and disciplined to cover assigned sales territory thoroughly through both cold-calling and lead prospecting activities
- Confident and skilled to develop new customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to sell a novel product with unique competitive advantages
- Communicate clearly and motivate customers to purchase
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to present and effectively communicate complex clinical and technical data to the audiences of various backgrounds and knowledge level
