Job Summary
Conduct retail food safety audits across restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and foodservice establishments while informing and educating personnel on specific standards. Travel to various locations to meet new people and learn about the industries you frequent as a consumer. Complete approximately 65% of audits during standard weekday mornings and 35% during evenings and weekends. This role supports NSF's mission to protect and improve human and planet health through direct engagement with the foodservice sector.
