Job Summary
Analyze job requirements and obtain a thorough understanding of client needs. Implement sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, digitally screen resumes, and communicate with candidates to understand their skills and interests. Coordinate interviews via phone and video across different time zones, then write thorough synopses of candidate screenings and interviews. Act as the liaison for candidates, provide regular progress updates to the SCS TA team, and demonstrate sound judgment when dealing with applicants. Submit identified candidates for the team to shortlist based on resumes and interview findings. You write your own hours and provide your own tools and technology for recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizens or Green Card Holders Only
- Experience as an Independent contractor or Freelance Consultant
- External/Agency Recruiting Experience
- Some Recruiting experience
- No Sponsorship is available
- You are an independent (freelance) recruiter or a small recruiting firm
- You are experienced as an agency recruiter (external recruiter) or own/owned a recruiting agency
- You are experienced (documented on your resume and verified by job references) in recruiting
- You are comfortable working 100% commission-based salary - 1099 only
- You are looking for a flexible work schedule
- You are committed to working on the requisitions in a timely manner
- You are detailed orientated
- You are an effective communicator
- You are an effective writer
- You are a Multitasker - Will need to be able to work on multiple roles at the time

- You are the one that will source, screen, interview, and select potential candidates to present to SC Staffing, Inc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an Independent contractor or Freelance Consultant is preferred
- External/Agency Recruiting Experience Preferred
