Job Summary
Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) with remote telemedicine practice in California providing counseling and therapy to patients of community health center partners. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, ACT, Bereavement), conducting psychosocial assessments, maintaining clinical documentation, crisis intervention, participating in multidisciplinary team case planning, supervision, and ongoing education. Must have an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in CA, work remotely, and contribute to recovery and community reintegration; role supports a remote-first environment with competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, PTO, CEU stipend, and a monthly bonus program. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and California
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Trained and/or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic-Based Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Polyvagal Theory, or Family Systems (IFS)
