Job Summary
Independent Marketing Agent/Business Development Manager responsible for sourcing property management leads from owners of unoccupied properties, agents, rental listings, etc., managing and expanding the sales pipe to generate income, signing management contracts, leasing properties and collecting setup fees, building a step-by-step sales program, increasing net income with minimal out-of-pocket expense, and recruiting/training a team of sales professionals. Must hold a current real estate license, be able to travel, and can work from home or PMI office; requires experience in marketing/sales and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current real estate license
- Ability to work from home or from the PMI office
- Must have experience in Marketing/Sales or other relative background
- Must be able to travel
- Excellent oral skills
- Experience with phone sales
- Be self-disciplined to get the job done on a daily basis!
