Job Summary
Manage a caseload of tenants to maintain housing stability, assist with applications and re-certifications for entitlements, provide linkages to community resources (vocational, medical, mental health, and substance abuse services), and offer supportive counseling. Conduct regular visits to tenant apartments to ensure a safe, secure environment in compliance with guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- BA preferred
- At least three years relevant experience
- HS diploma or GED required
- Experience working with the substance abuse and/or mentally ill population required
- Basic computer literacy required
- CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR
