Job Summary
Guide youth aged 16-21 in achieving Transition Plan goals through individual and group life skills education. Oversee general supervision of residents during nonregular hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, while providing emotional support and modeling positive behaviors. Facilitate structured activities to enhance independence skills and turnover empty apartments for new intake. Document observations, communicate with staff, and provide occasional transportation as needed. Maintain consistent reporting of critical data and attend required meetings. Work rotating shifts including late nights and holidays with occasional local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, manually manipulate, reach outward and above shoulders, speak, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend on a daily basis
- Capability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis
