Job Summary
Teach life skills to a caseload of 5-9 clients with developmental disabilities, empowering them to achieve independence in money management, medication, cooking, public transportation, and housing. Guide clients through community involvement and socialization goals while supporting household maintenance and benefit administration. Work one-on-one in a motivating, personalized environment across Alameda County, specifically Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and two years of human services experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Auto insurance
