Job Summary
Independent Living Coach providing 1-on-1 support to participants to enhance independence, social connection, daily living, and communication. Role includes building trust with families, supporting community-based activities to develop pre-vocational and life skills, implementing behavior support aligned with each participant's PCP, assisting with hygiene and mobility needs, and tracking goals using ICare. Work may be in the community or onsite at The League; position requires driving to transport participants and collaborating with a team to promote inclusion and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook)
- Must be willing to drive participants using own vehicle or League-provided vehicle
