Job Summary
Independent Gender-Based Violence Advocate role within HERSANA, supporting Black femmes survivors of GBV across England and Wales. The role involves crisis intervention, advocacy, risk assessments, outreach/training, and collaboration with statutory services, with emphasis on trauma-informed, culturally specific support in a Black femme-led environment. Requires ISVA/IDVA accreditation and experience handling safeguarding, complex needs, and partnership-based service provision. The post appears hybrid with Sussex and London locations and includes opportunities for training delivery and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
