Job Summary
Conduct End Point Assessments for apprentices in Social Care, utilizing the NCFE platform to record evaluations and communicate grading decisions with learners, ITPs, and employers. Deliver assessments in strict alignment with Social Care Standards while attending standardisation events to maintain quality, compliance, and consistency across the team. Maintain a full valid driving licence for travel to sites and produce clear, accurate reports based on professional expertise gained in adult social care.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years' occupational competency within the Social Care sector
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- Good IT Skills
- A full valid driving licence
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Declaration of any cautions, convictions, reprimands, and final warnings that are not protected
