Job Summary
Deliver End Point Assessments (EPAs) for apprentices at the final stage of their Social Care apprenticeship journey, ensuring performance evaluation aligns with Social Care Standards. Utilise the NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record assessments and communicate grading outcomes with apprentices, ITPs, and employers. Attend standardisation events to maintain quality, compliance, and consistency across assessments. Maintain a full valid driving licence for travel to meet assessment requirements. This flexible worker contract supports learners in achieving their full potential within the Social Care sector.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years' occupational competency within the Social Care sector
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- Good IT Skills
- A full valid driving licence
- demonstrate proof of Right to Work in the UK
- share any certificates
- complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- declare any cautions, convictions, reprimands, and final warnings that are not protected
