Job Summary
Conduct End Point Assessments (EPAs) for apprentices in the Healthcare sector using the NCFE Apprenticeship Services platform. Deliver assessments in line with Healthcare Standards while attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency. Communicate with apprentices, internal training providers, and employers regarding EPA grading and performance evaluation. Utilise professional expertise to produce clear and accurate reports and interact with learners to help them achieve their full potential. Maintain a valid driving licence for travel to assessment sites.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Allied Health Professionals (HCPC registered)
- experience supervising or managing Healthcare Support Workers
- A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years' occupational competency within the Healthcare sector
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- Good IT Skills
- A full valid driving licence
- demonstrate proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- declare any cautions, convictions, reprimands, and final warnings that are not protected
