Job Summary
Independent Contractor in Hagerty Consulting’s Recovery Division will provide consultative support on recovery projects, applying FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and/or Individual Assistance (IA) policy expertise. Responsibilities include facilitating client meetings, generating reports, maintaining internal documents, and supporting project management through tracking deadlines and stakeholder coordination. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years (or 6 years substituted for a degree) in a relevant field, strong critical thinking, teamwork, and expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Compensation ranges from $30–$70 per hour, reflecting skill, experience, and project needs. Hagerty Consulting is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and at least three (3) years of experience in a relevant field, or a total of at least six (6) years of experience in a relevant field may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
