Job Summary
The Future of Mobility Trainer will lead specialized training programs focusing on the safe handling, maintenance, and operation of high-voltage systems in electric and hybrid vehicles. Responsibilities include serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), conducting training sessions for customers and service personnel, developing training schedules, and ensuring data management. The ideal candidate should possess extensive automotive or heavy equipment service experience, technical expertise in electrified vehicle technology, and strong facilitation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in automotive or heavy equipment service roles
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with high-voltage and EV repair
- Strong experience in presenting, coaching, and facilitating technical training content to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in IT systems, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills to manage multiple training programs effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in high-voltage systems or related automotive technologies
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA 70E and EV safety regulations
- Experience in creating engaging e-learning content or multimedia training materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams
