Job Summary
Join DEKRA North America as an independent contractor to help collision centers achieve elite certification status. Responsibilities include performing audits for compliance, documenting findings, preparing action plans, and delivering training on collision and safety-related curriculum. Ideal candidates will possess experience in the collision center industry, strong communication skills, and a technical automotive background. This role requires the ability to travel locally for audits and offers the potential for transitioning to full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform audits to ensure compliance with Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment requirements
- Document findings and prepare an improvement plan of action
- Partner with centers on agreed next steps for achieving certification
- Ability to deliver training to collision center and dealer personnel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry
- Technical automotive background or education
- Time spent delivering stand-up or onsite training
- High level of accuracy in verbal & written communication
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office software applications
- High level of empathy with the ability to interact with others at all levels in a collision center or dealership
- High level of self-management skills and motivation
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Relevant professional experience and strong social/interpersonal skills
