Job Summary
As an Independent Contractor - Collision Center Auditor, you will perform audits to ensure compliance in various aspects of collision center operations, document findings, and prepare improvement plans. You'll partner with collision centers to achieve certification and may deliver training to personnel on collision and safety-related subjects. Ideal candidates will have experience in the collision center industry, strong communication skills, and a technical automotive background. This role emphasizes self-management, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform audits to ensure compliance with training, facility, repair procedures, and tool/equipment requirements
- Ability to document findings and prepare improvement plans
- Ability to deliver training on collision and safety-related curriculum
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry
- Collision center management or independent insurance appraisals
- Technical automotive background or education
- Experience delivering stand-up or onsite training
- High level of empathy with the ability to interact with various levels in a collision center or dealership
- High level of self-management skills and motivation
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office software applications
