Job Summary
As an Independent Contractor - Collision Center Auditor, you will perform audits to ensure compliance with training, facility, repair procedures, and tool requirements. You will document findings, prepare improvement plans, and partner with collision centers on certification processes. Delivering training on collision and safety-related curriculum may also be part of your responsibilities. Key qualifications include a background in the collision service industry, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience with Microsoft Office applications. High empathy, self-management, and analytical skills are important for interacting effectively with clients.

- Experience in collision center management
- Independent insurance appraisals experience
- Technical automotive background or education
- Experience delivering stand-up or onsite training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
