Job Summary
Provide treatment oversight to clients receiving Coordinated Care Services in the Community Behavioral Health Program and sign off on Service Plans prepared by clinical staff. Participate in Human Rights Committee meetings and attend all Service Plan Meetings as required by LBHC Regulations. Support staff clinical cases with State Leadership and the Clinical Liaison as needed. Ensure timely documentation approval within the EHR while delivering customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Engage in peer-to-peer feedback, adhere to Necco meeting structures, and embody the corporate culture principles of humility, hunger, and intelligence. Maintain West Virginia licensure and ANCC certification while completing ongoing continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university
- At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Maintain West Virginia state licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and advanced practice register nurse (APRN)
- Maintain national certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Complete required ongoing continuing education
