Job Summary
Independent Category Manager responsible for growing share in the Independent Channel by planning and executing shelf-set schematics, optimizing beer assortment, and deploying category strategy across major independent retailers. Drives space-to-sales initiatives using space software, analyzes VIP/Circana/Nielsen data to partner with retailers, maintains relationships with independent markets, develops call frequency with key partners, and reports progress via scorecards and presentations. Collaborates with Chain Category Manager, trains field sales on space surveys and technologies, and travels to supplier meetings and industry events. Requires a bachelor 0 field in business/marketing, experience in off-premise retail sales, and proficiency with data analysis tools; 0driver 0license is required.
