Job Summary
IAM Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and maintain automotive training content across virtual, video, and in-person formats. Responsibilities include building training syllabi and course content, delivering courses at Bosch Service Training Centre and regionally, ensuring material quality, guiding distributors and partners, training internal and external trainers, planning training calendars, administering programs, contributing to marketing materials, representing Bosch at trade shows and events, maintaining customer relations, and addressing inquiries within agreed timescales. Required skills include deep motor vehicle technology knowledge, Bosch Diagnostic Technician qualification or equivalent, familiarity with Bosch Master Technician Programme content, proficiency with Bosch information systems, and IT literacy across Microsoft products and training software (Zoho, Camtasia, Articulate). Must hold Level 3 Technical Certificate (Automotive Light Vehicle) and a full clean UK driving licence; willing to participate in events outside normal hours and travel within the UK.
