Job Summary
Independence & Ethics Sr Associate at Grant Thornton. Responsibilities include applying independence and ethical standards to personal independence compliance, auditing/attest and affiliate relationships, non-audit services, developing independence resources and training, and maintaining active communication with the Independence and Ethics team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-based environment. Required skills include strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent written and oral communications, organizational and project-management abilities, team leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability (agile). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–7 years of progressive audit/advisory/tax experience at a public accounting firm are expected; CPA is a plus. Salary range is $80,000–$105,000. Location: Chicago, IL, United States.
