Job Summary
IND Packager on 2nd shift responsible for blocking and packaging batteries, following policies, identifying non-conformities, supporting corrective/preventive actions, using PPE, maintaining cleanliness, and performing quality checks on cells prior to packaging; requires Electric Power Jack Certification, ability to operate a framing nailer and a 3-ton hoist, and 1 year manufacturing experience with OSHA-compliant safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Electric Power Jack Certification
- Experience with safety and environmental training
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to use some hand tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving, prior battery assembly experience preferred
- Operate a framing nailer
- Operate 3-ton hoist
