IND Operation Manager

Job Summary
Oversee operations of industrial inspection, testing, and certification services across onshore and offshore projects; plan and allocate inspectors, engineers, and equipment to ensure efficient delivery; lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020, API, ASME, IEC, and local regulations; manage mobilization/demobilization, client specifications, budgeting, and performance metrics while maintaining safety, quality, and ethics across multiple sites (Thailand and abroad). Promote strong client relationships, participate in proposals and cost inputs, and drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field)
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial inspection, oil & gas, power or related sector
- At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
- Strong experience in third-party inspection services
- NDT operations
- Lifting inspection / fabrication QA/QC
- EPC project environments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Thai language proficiency
