Job Summary
Operations-focused role coordinating onboarding, systems administration, AR support, and event logistics in a hybrid Las Vegas office. You will manage Google Workspace, CRM, reporting systems, equipment inventory, vendor relationships, and travel/logistics for trade shows, while supporting executive operations and company-wide activities. Must be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication, organizational, and project-management skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment. Prioritize smooth, behind-the-scenes operations and cross-team coordination in a full-time, 32-hour-per-week role.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in an operations, administrative, or coordinator role (agency experience a plus)
- Strong technical skills with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and office tools (Mac + PC)
- Experience managing vendors, systems, and office logistics
- QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to think critically and work independently with minimal oversight
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
