Job Summary
Lead and oversee Personal Loan collections (digital and non-digital) operations across multiple regions, driving strategic recovery efforts for bucket-4 and higher delinquency portfolios. Formulate and implement zone-wide collection strategies, frameworks, and SOPs in coordination with Risk, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams. Own the zonal portfolio performance, focusing on reducing delinquencies, improving recovery rates, and optimizing receivable management. Monitor regional teams on achieving monthly and quarterly targets, oversee legal recovery processes for chronic accounts, and conduct zone-wide audits and field visits. Collaborate with technology teams to digitize workflows and act as a change leader for transformation projects. Requires 10-14 years of experience in NBFC collections with a track record in managing high-value delinquency portfolios.

- Minimum 10–14 years of relevant experience in collections
- exposure to both digital and field operations
- Proven track record in managing high-value delinquency portfolios
- experience in handling Regional and Area Collection Managers
- experience in handling Vendor Agencies
- Hands-on experience in field collections
- Hands-on experience in tele-calling operations
- Hands-on experience in vendor management
- In-depth understanding of collection strategies
- In-depth understanding of incentive structures
- In-depth understanding of compliance requirements in the NBFC sector
- Bachelors/master's degree in finance
- Bachelors/master's degree in business administration
