Incoming and Outbound Quality Supervisor

Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians handling incoming raw material and outbound finished goods inspections at the Wilmer, Texas facility. Manage daily inspection schedules, develop control plans and SOPs, and oversee isolation of non-conforming materials to prevent defective shipments. Track supplier quality issues, chair material review board meetings, and drive root cause analysis for corrective and preventive actions. Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards and prepare quality metrics on yields and escape rates for leadership. This role supports T1 Energy's mission to build a domestic solar supply chain, requiring a leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
