Job Summary
Income Property Finance Relationship Manager role focused on identifying, winning, and growing relationships with professional real estate developers and operators in Nashville. Responsibilities include establishing sales plans for new/existing clients, cross-selling Regions products, client servicing and portfolio administration, and ownership of projects. Requires knowledge of debt and deposit services, ability to prioritize multiple assignments, thrive under pressure, and strong negotiation and communication skills; incentive-eligible, exempt from overtime. Location: Music Row, Nashville, TN. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive commercial real estate lending experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Seven years of commercial real estate banking lending experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
