Income Pre-Payment Operations Analyst

Analyst supports income and redemption payments by analyzing and resolving discrepancies between service-provider data, official securities documents, and internal records. Collaborates with Client Service to handle income-related queries professionally; proactively challenges service providers on timeliness and accuracy of income information; drives continuous improvement of operations. Must be highly organized with strong numerical and logical reasoning, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively in English. Prior banking or securities operations experience (2+ years preferred) and strong Excel skills (including advanced functions) are advantageous. HK public holiday support may be required.
