Job Summary
Verify daily hotel revenue from all departments, including rooms, restaurants, bars, spa, and other outlets by auditing transactions in the Property Management System and Point of Sale. Reconcile cash, credit card, online payment, and bank transactions with sales records, ensuring all guest folios are correctly charged before check-out. Investigate discrepancies in revenue, billing, or payment records, monitor voids, refunds, and adjustments to prevent fraud, and prepare the Daily Revenue Report for management. Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accounts, and Sales departments to resolve issues and support internal and external audits. Analyze revenue trends to identify unusual variances and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality Management

- Experience in hotel accounting or income auditing
- Knowledge of accounting software and hotel management systems
