Income Auditor- Fairmont Agra

Conduct daily audits of hotel revenue from rooms, food & beverage, banquets, spa, and laundry departments by verifying reports from PMS and POS systems. Reconcile room revenue, guest accounts, city ledgers, and cash transactions while ensuring all postings are supported by proper documentation. Identify discrepancies, errors, and unusual transactions to report findings to management and investigate issues in coordination with department heads. Review complimentary rooms, discounts, rebates, voids, and adjustments for proper authorization, and prepare comprehensive daily audit reports and logs. Monitor revenue system controls to strengthen internal controls and prevent leakage. Assist with month-end closing procedures, including revenue accruals and adjustments, and provide training to hotel staff on revenue recording procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting, 4–5 years of hotel finance experience, and proficiency in MS Excel.
