Income Auditor (Bozeman, MT)

Income Auditor collects and processes all daily hotel revenue postings and ensures they are accurately reported in the General Ledger. Responsibilities include auditing revenue from multiple centers, balancing rebates and charges against the PMS/POS systems, providing revenue figures to department heads, conducting audits of Night Audit, assisting with daily to yearly closing reports, monitoring Opera package amounts and trial balance integrity, responding to folio and guest inquiries, and verifying guest ledger movements. Required skills include proficiency with Opera and Excel, and 2–3 years of Finance/Accounting experience in hospitality. The role requires attention to accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with leadership to support timely financial reporting.
