Job Summary
Income Auditor responsible for ensuring transaction balancing between systems and researching/resolving variances; audit POS transactions (discounts, refunds, products), confirm POS close locations, postings, and prepare journal entries; provide ongoing communication to supervisory staff; assist in correction processes; respond to guest inquiries (credit card issues, chargebacks); participate in training or inquiries from Operations and/or other audit staff; requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting systems and POS platforms; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration at the Denver headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written to facilitate resolutions to queries and discrepancies
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed, neat records
- Experience with D365, RTP or Sirus POS system a plus
- Minimum of two years’ experience in accounting
- Accounting or related degree a plus
